Dystonia: who gets better and who struggles?

Over the course of the years, I have had the privilege of accompanying many different individuals in their journeys of recovery from dystonia. I noticed some patterns: there are certain narratives we employ about ourselves that empower us to get better, and others that hinder our progress.

In this humorous video, we encounter five characters who struggle each with a different type of obstacle, and one who gets better easily. Check out the video below to see who these characters are; do you see yourself in any of them?

Whether you do or you don't, please know that the obstacles I describe in the video are just temporary; they are simply an invitation for growth.

Warmly, Fede
